This apprenticeship is made up of a Butcher Apprenticeship Standard that comprises of Food Safety, Health and Safety in the Food Supply Chain Business, Knife Skills for Food Processing, Functional Skills (English and Maths) and Proficiency in Meat and Poultry Industry Skills.
