An intensive course that aims to provide participants, which already possess the basic photographic techniques, the tools in order to learn the methods, the tricks and the difficulties of professional food photography. The student will learn to plan and organize their own creative process, starting from the idea of the project, then move through the process of the research for the proposed topics, planning for the following operational phases such as shooting, post-production, and finally the elaboration of the final product. The photographers will also have the ability to interact with various figures working in the world of food and professional photography.

The practical part will allow to experience the photographic medium with techniques and tools suitable for the type of shooting and the desired image. Students will learn how to build up a set, find the best solutions to create and obtain images in a short time and in a variety of situations.... [-]

This dynamic short course focuses on the analysis of an image and the development of style. From the definition of fashion moods to the importance of accessories, participants will evaluate aspects related to traits of the body and learn how to enhance and complement physical characteristics. They will work on the development of an individual style through the construction of a ‘total look’ and capture it in a photo shoot via a vocational learning approach.

Style overview: participants study and explore key periods in history that represent past, present styles, future fashion trends and the elements that characterize and influence them. In order to fully understand the role of the stylist, participants will be guided in sourcing and collating information from research tools such as books and fashion magazines and through specific virtual domains relevant to fashion and luxury, as well as conducting iconographic research.... The Photography Management course is a two-year course, which covers all the industrial and business aspects related to the photography department. The course typically requires around 950 hours, varying according to the expected production.

I Year - Photography from Set

Photographic Theory, Film-to-Digital Camera, Lenses, Lights, Film Structure, Procedures and Security on Set, as well as technical steps related to the study of image, composition, and framing, these are the focal points of the first year course. FASHION STYLING SHOOTING MODULE The Fashion Styling Shooting module of Milan Fashion Campus is a styling workshop dedicated to the preparation of real fashion shooting in a studio with a professional photographer, a model and a hairstylist. We will allow students to develop the sense of styling with practical exercises,and to increase their styling portfolio. The project aims to conduct the student from the beginning to the end of the photo shoot, giving the possibility to prove his/her styling potential. This module consists of four days of work, according to the different phases of the project. In detail: - The first day is dedicated to the preparation and construction of the project which includes a mood board research: selecting a concept, building a story board, deciding the style of photography, selecting the location, choosing the right model, deciding on the poses, make-upand hair style. - Second day students will receive a list of key items: choosing three or four of them for the photo shoot and customizing the look using the wardrobe offered by the school and their own clothes & accessories, they will create real outfits.
