Introduction
The approach is different from GCSE, as you are required to use your Maths skills to solve everyday problems. On this course, you will acquire the transferrable skills you need to cope with the world of work and everyday life. This will involve working with large numbers, fractions, decimals, percentages, data handling and measure, shape and space. This course can be a preparation for GCSE Maths or a route onto the majority of traineeships/apprenticeships.
