Introduction
Lead a winning project team as a project manager
All industries need effective project managers. Learn the knowledge, processes, tools, and techniques to become a successful project leader.
The complexity of the industry’s labor and entrepreneurial needs requires managers who can work within a variety of settings and cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams. This program fills that need by providing project management training to candidates who require project management skills to ensure new ventures have the potential for successful delivery. The program covers technical, leadership, business, and strategic management subjects with an emphasis on understanding and managing change as applied to project management.
Please note: There are two different sections for this program. One is delivered entirely at the main Barrie Campus and the other is delivered at the downtown Barrie location (5 Ross St.) with Student Services offered at the main campus. The Arch and Helen Brown Design and Digital Arts Centre is located just minutes away from the waterfront. You’ll learn in our fully equipped studios using industry-standard tools, and you’ll have the opportunity to network with leaders in your field and real-world clients.
Benefits of studying part-time:
- Register on a course-by-course basis, paying as you go!
- MORE choices. We are always adding more flexible delivery programs and courses.
