Introduction
International Executive Coaching Program
Program certified by AECOP. The only one that provides a set of coaching support tools (Feed-back 360, Personality Questionnaires, Myers Briggs, FIRO B, use in conjunction with 360º).
The program is conceived as an entity and a process, therefore, it is not built by micro talks.
Its differential values are:
• Openness to different models and ways of understanding and playing the role of coach.
• Experiential training as one of the best ways to generate learning.
• Supervision as a quality tool and continuous learning of a coach.
Practices guaranteed and supervised by senior coaches.
Temary
The program is divided into Modules:
MODULE 1: GLOBAL APPROACH TO EXECUTIVE COACHING
• What is coaching. Executive coaching and its differences with other forms of intervention and development.
• The coaching journey from its beginnings.
• Basic pillars of coaching.
• The role of the coach. The role of the coachee.
• The coaching window. Different models of Coaching.
• The coaching process. Contract.
• Ethical code of coaching.
MODULE 2: SUPPORT TOOLS
1. 360º Feedback: A very useful tool in coaching processes
• Rules of good practice of this instrument.
• Confidentiality and anonymity.
• Custom inventories and generic inventories.
• Benchmark: an important aspect in the 360º feedback process.
2. Personality questionnaires: Application in coaching processes for:
• Help coachees to increase their level of self-awareness.
• Understand the impacts it produces in your day to day.
• Help you develop by working with your personality and not against it.
• Theoretical basis for the use of personality questionnaires in coaching processes: Myers Briggs, FIRO B, use in conjunction with 360º
3. Practices: Students will fill in themselves, both a 360 in their work environment, and the two personality questionnaires: Myers Briggs and Firo B.

MODULE 4: INDIVIDUAL COACHING PROCESS WITH AN EXPERT CERTIFIED COACH
Individual coaching process with an AECOP certified coach, expert.
MODULE 5: EXECUTIVE COACHING PRACTICES WITH TWO CLIENTS
Practices with real clients, MBA students, managers, etc., facilitated by the program. Each student will be able to carry out internships with two clients, in a process of 4 hour and a half sessions.
MODULE 6: SUPERVISION OF PRACTICES WITH COACHES CERTIFIED BY AECOP
Group supervision of real coaching sessions.
