Introduction
This course is designed to give delegates a broad understanding of the theoretical underpinnings of the subject. It will also help delegates get to grip with how and why L&D fits into the wider organizational structure and objectives.
By attending this course, you will gain a thorough grounding in the principles of the learning organization and how it helps to improve organizational performance. It will also equip delegates with the building blocks to transform their own organizations into a learning one.
This course will introduce delegates to the concept of the learning culture and to demonstrate how it can be used to transform an organization to achieve its goals. Delegates will also get a thorough appreciation of the key elements of organizational culture and their importance. They will develop the skills needed to create a learning culture.
