Course overview
The Built Environment and its associated professions are largely focussed on project management, logistics, and quality assurance. Anything that you have to do that has a clear starting and completion point is Project Management. True professionals in the public and private sectors simply have to know how to practice as Project Management professionals. This Course includes: what project management is all about, the five dimensions of a project, the project life-cycle, who is involved in a project and the project plan.
