Bishop Auckland College has one of the largest catering departments in the North East. Training students to work to industry standards and applying their skills in our newly launched state of the art kitchens and Ambition restaurant.
This programme gives you a firm grounding in Catering, enabling you to experience working in the busy kitchens. Working in the College restaurant will prepare you for employment in the sector or progression to a higher-level course.
