Educational objectives To
illustrate Carpigiani Gelato University's proposal to transform an entrepreneurial reality into an artisan chain, deepening a business model that takes into account several parameters: product production and distribution flows, the quality control method, the economic accounts, the communication through design and human resources.
Who is it for?
The workshop is aimed at the artisan who has a successful business and would like to expand it by opening more points of sale, to those who are considering an investment in the ice cream sector dedicated to the creation of a chain of stores. The workshop is also aimed at those who already own a restaurant business and are evaluating the inclusion of artisanal ice cream in the menu.
Requirements
Having completed the basic Course and Intermediate Gelato Course or have equivalent knowledge.
