Introduction
To be truly emancipated professionals in the real estate sector of the luxury world, the cornerstones of one's role must be redefined.
In particular, to operate successfully in the world of luxury it is necessary to focus attention on two different macro dimensions: the professional and the aesthetic-relational.
The Executive Course in Luxury Real Estate of ESE aims to integrate both dimensions by proposing a set of modules that balance the elements of the system. On the one hand it is essential to develop strong professional strength, on the other it is necessary to look more closely at key soft skills .
The course in Luxury Real Estate will focus on the following topics:
How the sales process in the luxury world evolves; what attention to pay in relation to the different cultural identities; the art of narrating as the fulcrum of giving meaning to the property you are selling; the art of prefiguring to build imaginative fields tailor made for the customer; iconography as a fundamental element of narration, legal, fiscal and financial aspects. Indispensable enrichment to the course are the 'dialogues' with guest speakers who will present their case history .
