Introduction
The Earth/Physical Science department offers courses in astronomy, geology, and physical science. These courses are intended for students who wish to pursue a degree in teaching and those who wish to major in geology.
The Area faculty are committed to helping students attain their educational goals, transfer to a four-year school, obtain an associate’s degree, or complete pre-requisites for another program. Our students have successfully transferred to all major universities within California.
