This Level 3 Award* offers a first step towards teaching at post-16/adult level or to a career in the training sector. It is also extremely relevant if you train others as part of your role at work, or in a voluntary or community capacity.
Using online materials, you’ll explore the latest best practice in planning, delivery, assessment and record-keeping. You’ll build a portfolio of evidence including learning plans, observations and evaluations. You’ll also prepare and video a learning session which will be marked by your tutor.
