Introduction
We will prepare you to be a successful manager in our Livestock Management & Production program. You will easily transfer your hands-on training at our 900-acre livestock and land lab into a livestock manager responsible for running a business. Your learning experience is enhanced through our renowned cooperative internship program that sends you across the U.S. and the world.
You will work hands-on with cattle, sheep, swine, and horses at our Agriculture Center. Our centre includes:
Animal Health Unit
Feed Processing Complex
Beef Unit
Swine Gestation, Farrowing, Nursery, and Finishing
Sheep Unit
You will be responsible for making sure the animals' goods are produced safely, efficiently, and profitably by monitoring what the livestock is fed, keeping the animals healthy, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of animals and facilities.
